What you'll do

  • Use learner analytics to provide actionable feedback, remediation, and enrichment.
  • Model professional conduct, mentor fellow teachers, and share insights with our curriculum team.

What you'll bring

  • Valid Ghana Teaching Council license and subject specialization.
  • Minimum of five (5) years full-time classroom teaching experience in Ghana.
  • Demonstrated success preparing students for BECE assessments.
  • Comfort using Metaschool's virtual classroom, LMS, and data dashboards.
  • Clear communication, professionalism, and commitment to safeguarding.
