What you'll do
- Deliver high-energy General Science lessons that align to the WASSCE syllabus and MetaSchool pacing guides.
- Plan revision pathways, masterclasses, and clinics that break complex topics into weekly learning sprints.
- Use learner analytics to provide actionable feedback, remediation, and enrichment.
- Model professional conduct, mentor fellow teachers, and share insights with our curriculum team.

What you'll bring
- Valid Ghana Teaching Council license and subject specialization.
- Minimum of five (5) years full-time classroom teaching experience in Ghana.
- Demonstrated success preparing students for WASSCE assessments.
- Comfort using MetaSchool's virtual classroom, LMS, and data dashboards.
- Clear communication, professionalism, and commitment to safeguarding.
